West Hartford Youth Football

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation in Tackle or Flag, make optional donations and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  Note that there will be NO dual rostering in 2024.

Tackle Parents: Based on the number of sign ups, we may add a secondary team to the 7th-8th graders (A Team). If this is the case, the WHYFL will hold tryouts to determine which team your child will play on. Our goal, if there are two teams, is to have both teams competitively compete in the greater Nutmeg League.

2024 WHYFL REFUND POLICY
If a registration refund is requested by the registrant, please note that the following timelines and amounts apply.

Tackle

• Before July 15th (Team rosters are distributed) - 100% refund less credit card processing fees, if applicable
• Before August 15th - 50% refund
• On or after August 15th - 0% refund

Flag

• Before June 9th (Player evaluation "combine") - 100% refund less credit card processing fees, if applicable
• Before August 5th - 50% refund
• On or after August 5th (Team rosters are distributed) - 0% refund
